PSC offers a variety of benefits to help employees and their families maintain health and well-being, save money, and better prepare for the future.

Unless stated otherwise, regular full-time employees (working 30 or more hours a week) are eligible for benefits the first day of the month following 30 days from date of hire (inclusive of hire date).

Examples:
Hired February 1 – Eligible April 1
Hired May 1 – Eligible June 1
Hired May 16 – Eligible July 1.
