Joel Dickerson began his career at PSC Group in 1998 loading and switching railcars while working his way through college. Over the past 27 years, he has grown with the company, taking on expanded leadership roles in operations and executive management. Since being named CEO in 2017, Joel has led PSC through a period of major growth, tripling its size and expanding its services and logistics infrastructure across North America.
Under his leadership, PSC significantly expanded its service offerings, geographic reach, and the industries it serves. Along with being the nation’s premier on-site logistics and marine service company, PSC is also the industry leader in railcar repair, transloading, and sustainability services. Further augmenting its core service platform, PSC is a leading provider of rail and transloading infrastructure to a variety of industries helping manufacturers optimize their logistics network.
Joel holds an MBA from Rice University and lives in League City, Texas, with his wife, four children, and two grandchildren.
CFO
Riz brings 23 years of experience with a diverse skillset across different industries. His leadership experience includes working in the Chemicals industry at Ascend for a decade where he led the Finance, IT, and M&A organizations. He has also worked in various capacities across Strategy, Sales, and Product Development throughout his career.
Senior Vice President
Sosha McDonald serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, bringing nearly 18 years of dedication and leadership to the company. Beginning her journey at the ground level, Sosha has grown alongside the organization, developing a deep understanding of its people and culture. In her current role, she leads multiple HR functions, including recruiting, learning and development, benefits, HRMS and employee relations. Sosha is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, focusing on the growth and well-being of the people of PSC. Sosha holds a BS degree in International Trade& Finance with a minor in Economics from LSU. Outside of work, Sosha enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and their beloved fur baby, Bubba Lou.
Senior Vice President
Adam brings over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, from aerospace to petrochemicals. Over the past 11 years with PSC, he has developed best-in-class safety programs and led operations teams to consistently achieve a TRIR below 0.25. He has launched new business lines, including PSC’s plastics recycling operations, and has overseen major infrastructure development projects.

Houston began work with PSC in 2001. Since 2008, he has held responsibility for expansion of PSC’s core business, the strategic development of new business lines, and investment / M&A.
When not at work, Houston enjoys the “4F’s”. Family, food, fishing, and football.
Senior Vice President
Eric brings over 20 years of experience from many aspects of the rail industry to PSC. He began his career in operations management at Union Pacific, oversaw fleet maintenance at The Andersons, and previously led railcar repair operations at Mile Rail. Most recently, Eric led the asset services business at KBX Logistics, a Koch, Inc. company, where he had responsibility for procurement and stewardship of a portfolio of over 20,000transportation assets including railcars, trailers, containers and barges.
Senior Vice President
Originally from Shreveport, LA, Josh moved to Baton Rouge in 2008 and joined PSC Group in 2011 as the Marine Senior Operations Manager. Since then, Josh has held a variety of leadership roles across the company, spanning Marine, Plant, Business Development, and M&A integrations. Today, as Senior Vice President, Josh leads three key business lines: Marine Services, Sustainable Infrastructure, and Transloading Infrastructure. He's passionate about leading, supporting, and preserving PSC's foundational Marine Services, while simultaneously driving innovation and growth in PSC's newer Sustainable and Transloading infrastructure businesses. Josh holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and serves the maritime industry as an active member of the American Waterways Operators' Board of Directors. He and his wife, Andrea, reside in the Baton Rouge area with their two children.

John Kennedy serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at PSC Group, where he oversees all plant operations, railcar repair, cleaning, and track maintenance activities across North America. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the industrial and rail sectors, John is recognized for driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams.
Before joining PSC, John was Chief Operating Officer at Rail Logix, President at Rescar Companies, culminating in his role as President of Field Services, where he led nationwide operations across multiple service lines. John began his career with BNSF Railway, advancing from conductor to Superintendent of Rail Operations for the Gulf Division. Known as a results-driven, servant leader, he brings deep industry knowledge and strong customer relationships to every role.
At PSC, John plays a vital role in supporting the company’s growth—both organically and through acquisitions—while strengthening service offerings across its core business segments.
Senior Vice President
Alex Costa is Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Security Officer at PSC Group, where he leads technology strategy and cybersecurity across all company operations in the U.S. and Canada. Under his leadership, the IT organization has driven PSC’s digital evolution, becoming a trusted business partner that delivers real-time data access, modernized infrastructure through cloud solutions, business-critical applications, and field efficiency, all while embedding a zero-trust security framework.
With over 25 years of experience in the technology space, Alex has led major implementations across the Oil & Gas industry and contributed to software development efforts in revenue management, AI, and machine learning. Known for turning strategic vision into execution, he ensures systems are secure, scalable, and built for growth.
Based in Houston, Alex is married with one son and two dogs. An avid sailor, he enjoys spending time with his family on the water. Continually learning and exploring new ventures, he blends leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship to fuel PSC’s mission.
